What is the 3 months wait thing? they had a theory like that?

They used to say to call back after 3 months from P2 if you still don't get your eCoPR!

Somewhere close to you, p2 dec 13th. But I am not sure what they are doing as I am seeing people waiting since October. Seeing a few November people are getting ecopr today.

I don't understand why the background check is taking too long. I've been in Canada since I was 17. The only time I left the country was back in 2023 when I went back home to visit my family for five weeks.
