another bunch of theories about how IRCC works ..
quota and holiday and systems down and LMIA countless reasons ..
forcing your mind to be optimistic ..
even though province gave us PNP
even though IRCC got us to P2
even though we didnt have LMIA
but no ecopr..
LMIA is a big scam point…but i dont have it!Hello everyone,
I just got to know from a very credible source that IRCC has re-opened the eligibility and background of 7 applicants even after they received P2 back in early October. Some even contacted their MPs and they were advised that their paperwork are currently being reviewed on the basis of employment and job duties confirmation. All of their eCoPR document numbers with the expiry date have been removed from their trackers respectively. All had one single common factor, i.e., every 7 of these applicants had positive LMIA for which they claimed 50 points as well!
In my personal opinion, this tend to point towards that they do check and verify even after P2 one last time to make sure that everything is legit and in proper order. Hence, the delay from P2 to eCoPR!
Yes, these 7 is just still stuck at P2 while their cases have been re-opened. They never got their eCoPRs. However, with the LMIA points being scrapped off starting spring, it does make sense that IRCC is reviewing all the current LMIAs that have already been submitted under a microscope!LMIA is a big scam point…but i dont have it!
if others do not have LMIA it should be fine!all the COPR case be cancelled always about lmia
some scammer come here with fake job,but when they got PR (always within 2 years),no more tax, take benefit, company doesnt hiring but sale jobs!Yes, these 7 is just still stuck at P2 while their cases have been re-opened. I'd say it's great given that they're trying to look for those fraudsters and making it fairer for genuine applicants like all of us.
Don't lose heart! I have gone through the same struggle. Came in 2019 as a student and paid a fortune in fees. Got PGWP but COVID changed everything. Took me 5 years since I landed to have enough points to be even eligible and apply for it. But Alhamdulillah, finally I made it through. You will make it thorugh as well in shaa Allah. Praying for you mate.some scammer come here with fake job,but when they got PR (always within 2 years),no more tax, take benefit
Im in here 10 years, paid countless tuition and tax…but we still stuck with them and face to stress
Other getting eCOPR motivated me and to keep me hangingIts so long since the last PR, if not me others getting ECOPR keeps us on some life line.....mode...!! Utterly disappointed for this week, hope I am proven wrong .

I am really worried because you mean it take days to review that and have that impact people with legit applications. How do we explain people with P2 in November and even December getting eCOPR and others very slowly for the sake of 7 cases.Hello everyone,

I saw two cases where COPR was issued and passports stamped with the travel visa. In both cases they received emails the day before they were to travel saying that the COPR was rescinded, they were asked to return the visa document as well.Hello everyone,
