KAI is sending response email to different VO offices like send to all VO.
try creating a letter specifying your current status and the status of your family. did you include them in your application even they are not in canada?

Yes they are in my application and I had also mentioned their Indian address as current address in the application all throughout. Plus, my wife completed her biometrics from India.
I'll try writing to them again.

Got P1 June 20th and P2 today July 17th - VO Montreal

Seems like they're working on June 20th now! That's with the assumptions they do it by date. @endvoice @splork24 we're almost there!
