Did anyone that landed late June 2012 get their PR cards? The CIC website puts it at 54 business days now!
Thanks

Can you not walk over to the house and collect the card (with a proof of identification of course) instead of waiting another 7 weeks needlessly.

i dont know if i will laugh or cry about this situation. i went to that house only to find out that it was for sale and nobody lives there anymore. ill try to call the realtors number to ask the whereabouts of the previous owner or if they have the mailbox key by any chance... unfortunate, isnt it? hahahahahahahaha. huhuhuhuhuhu

i have received my PRC yesterday so it takes 41 business days to receive the cards.

I am planning to travel to canada nxt year ... Is it possible to fast track the PRC as I need to travel back for work after 1 month ... I have seen that there are agencys like Immi group which fast tracks PRC processing for a fee . can anyone advise me on the authenticity of these agencys .... has anyone availed these services?

Anyone else received PR card recently?

Nope, not for the initial PR card. Immi Group is just taking your money. For $50.00 you can do it yourself (renewals) rather than paying them an extra $249

Do we have to carry filled PR card forms at the time of landing, or we get at port of entry ?

If we can fill it prior to landing does the form require all the info in it, it is bit confusing.

You don't need to fill it before hand. Everything wil be handled at the point of entry.
