I am a landed resident but do not have a PR card. Since it is more than 180 days since I first landed I need to apply for a PR card. So, I plan to travel by road on COPR and submit my PR card application. After applying,while my PR card application is in process and I have to leave Canada for US, can I return back my road on COPR while my PR card application is in process? Please advise.
