COPR reentry

Can I leave canada while before I receive my PR card and re-enter by road on COPR? Please advise.

Yes, u can. The COPR suffices for "by road" entries.

I found different views expressed in this forum so am confused. The below post says that I can land on landing papers only once.Seniors please advise.
