PR CARD wait Period

1) is any one know how long it takes to get PR card once you landed as immigrant

I have landed as PR on April 3 and not yet received my PR card. Can any one suggest something

2) I have applied and granted my PR in Ontario Provincial Nominee Program as Master graduate. Once i receive my PR, can i live in other Province


please provide details
Also it will be grate if have thread to track PR card receiving wait period
landing date, waiting period etc

As far as I know, it might take up to 3 months.

The current waiting for getting your first PR is 49 calendar days. You can ring their call centre to request for an update if you have already exceeded the above timescale.

You can also check online on CIC website using your same client no. etc that you did use before. and also make sure your PR address is correct for the delivery of your PR card.

You supposed to be living and working in a province that nominated you. otherwise it may be problematic for you in future.

Search in this forum about those waiting for their first time PR card. It may not be in Provincial nominated programme thread.
