PR Card Timeline (Through Online Portal after ECOPR)

My fiancé was able to link his PR portal with his GC key and we got the following information..
Ecopr was received in 2022
Final decision: March 4,2022
Status updated date: January 13, 2023
Expiry date: March 19,2027
Status: Your document is invalid
He has filled the web-form twice between August till date to understand why he has not received his PR card till date, however no response is received. We have also tried to call them with these steps: call IRCC at 1 (888) 242-2100 . When you call IRCC, It will ask you for the UCI , press 2 i.e. no UCI available and then as soon as the message for AF and UK refugees start playing press 3 3 0 in quick succession you will be able to reach them .
FYI: he changed his address in January 2022, a couple of months after he submitted his PR application in 2021, we are assuming this is the reason why his PR card is not received yet and invalid, however we are unable to get confirmation and information on next steps. please help, as our lives have been on hold for almost 4 years due to this. Do we need to employ the services of an immigration lawyer?

I am CEC inland and my dependant (husband) is outland.
My husband received the ready for visa in gckey but I haven't received my PR portal login details yet to land virtually.
Can he submit his passport for printing while I wait for my login details and ecopr?

your post is a bit confusing, the expiry is shown as 2027 and still it says invalid ? You are looking for status of your PR card, what is the GCKey status of PR card (not PR application)
It has been 2 months since I got eCoPR, still no update on PR card. Photo and address were uploaded on 16 august 2023. I linked PR card application a week ago, does that mean they will count application time form the linking date? Should I wait or call the IRCC?
Time is counted from date you received eCOPR. Linking date has no impact on processing time. There are many who are not able to link and still receive PR cards, so they are not dependent at all.
That’s correct and this is why we’re also confused. In GC Key, It’s says the application was approved on March 4,2022 and the document’s 5 year validity is currently running from March 4 2022 - March 19,2027. However in GCkey we have a document number but document status in GC key says “Your document is invalid” and we’ve also not received the PR card since it’s approval in 2022. Only ECOPR was sent.
The only option then is to keep calling, you will eventually be able to talk to an agent.

- I received eCoPR on August 10th
- I linked my PR card to Gckey on Sept 17th and all it says on Gckey current status is summited
I don't see any GU1 or GU2 anywhere, did you ever receive any ghost updates? did you receive you PR yet? any experience you could share I would greatly appreciate
Thank you for responding, Its been 72 days since I received my eCoPR and still show submitted status, In the portal it still say under review by IRCC.
My eCoPR expires in December as its only valid for 4 months from the date of issue (I'm assuming because my medical expires). I hope things start moving along for all of us anxiously waiting.
