I am in same boat. COPR 20th April, photos delivered on 5th May. I have not heard anything from IRCC yet even after calling the agent.

Same here. COPR March 16th, photo delivered on Mar 31st.
Not a single update or any encouraging word from IRCC, unfortunately.

Finally received my PR Card in the mail today.

First GU Sept 22 and 2nd GU Sept 27, with the message that it ws approved and mailed to me.

I got my copr through that new pr portal in june. My initial portal email was from etobicoke but my ecopr was from OSC office. I didnt receive my pr card yet. I am trying to follow up but which office which process my pr card ? Any advice

Submitted photos next day - July 28th
Received email for re-submission of photos in 2 weeks- re-submitted the next day after that no updates.

Any idea what is taking them so long- everything was done through the new online portal system.

I have been trying to contact ircc to hear any updates or where my application for PR CARD is but not even able to reach them. Even web-form didn't work as their top PRIORITY IS THE AFGHANISTAN issue.

Anybody has recently spoke to IRCC regarding this? If so what is the contact number? Any advise will help please.. and Thank You.

Nothing is working. I am waiting from june 25. I just called them. The agent said there is nothing they can do to process my pr card faster. Its my first card, I just need to wait. I have tried webform but no response.

Hi everyone, I received my copr March 18th, sent pictures by canada post delivered on march 31st. I cannot track my application online, IRCC doesn't reply to me, and Etobicoke office just said PR card is "under production" when I emailed them a week ago. Is there a way to find out about more updates? Is anyone in a similar situation? How long does "under production" take?
