PR card timeline (Etobicoke office only)

Hi everyone, I received my copr March 18th, sent pictures by canada post delivered on march 31st. I cannot track my application online, IRCC doesn't reply to me, and Etobicoke office just said PR card is "under production" when I emailed them a week ago. Is there a way to find out about more updates? Is anyone in a similar situation? How long does "under production" take?

AOR: January 24th 2021
All stages passed: August 19th 2021
First Portal email: August 25th 2021
2nd Portal Credential: August 26th 2021
E-COPR: September 2nd 2021

September 16th 2021 - GU
September 21st 2021- PR Card mail notification
September 28th 2021- PR Card arrived and delivered!!

My photo validate on sep 15 still I am waiting for PR card Approval ! Any one know how long it take usually?

Ok update guys

eCOPR May 30th via Portal
I registered my PR card application in the system a few days later
No emails / GU / updates since then
Today I logged into my CIC account and saw "Application Updated" under my PR card
Pressed it and it said "We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive."
Photo on the PR portal still showing as "In Review"
I'll update when card arrives

when you linked your account, what city/town did you put (in what format)?

I tried so many variations of my last name and city/town - nothing works - more than 10 variations

Problem will be most likely with your place of birth. It should be as in passport with different delimeters. For example, if its "City, Province" in passport, try "City, Province", "City,Province", "City Province".. try comma, space combinations. Mine was "City, State". The only thing that worked for me is "City State". It all depends on how Agent keyed in this field into the system.

. Because in my case it is only "COUNTRY" - upper case. Is anyway I can call IRCC and figure out how they entered my city/town?

Yes. Some agents are nice enough to help you with what is in the system. Try talking to them.
