What are the options that you key in to talk to the agent? I cannot get through one when I call them anytime between 8 AM - 4 PM. Its been 5 months already.
Try calling around 7:53. U will reach hit "0" to talk to an agent around 8:01. Delay a little if u have not hit 8:00 mark. That's the sweet spot. I try around 3 p.m. Its hit or miss 50-50.
 
I was about to ask the same question.
I remembered I choose 1 all the way till reached the option that I needed to choose Permanent resident card (option 3) and then dial 0 to talk to an agent when the system told me that they cannot find my application.
 
Just spoke with IRCC they said my card went to print yay! Also before y’all ask I submitted photos by mail. Can anyone tell me timeline from card approval to delivery?


I'm happy to see that, my COPR date is April 23rd and my photos were delivered on May 5th.

I will give them a call too!

GU1: sometime in June...but I assumed it was a system glitch as the status changed when I refreshed the page.
GU2: July 15, 2021 (saw Application/profile update status upon logging in, but went back to submitted upon refreshing the page)
At this point, I have no idea to differentiate between a GU and a system glitch.
GU3: August 13, 2021 (Don't know if its real)
