The processing has been delayed. No news of it being halted.

I really hope I get the card before 10 June, I have a pre-booked trip since January.

You got your portals? Congrats man!!! Yeah for me it was 6 calendar days and that seems to be about the average. Calgary office appears to take a long time and some people are still waiting since early April. Etobicoke and OSC Ottawa seem to be faster.

About a week. As soon as address is accepted, eCoPR is issued. Let's hope for speedy issuance while strike is also causing the delays

Our travel is on May 10 and We have a pre-booked trip since November. Fingers crossed to get the PR card.

This brings some hope, that IRCC is working on processing PR cards.

As address is accepted, eCoPR is issued and for that there is a notification mail. But keep checking PR portal regularly so that if there is any additional requirement, you will come to know about it immediately.

Since the first day of the strike, I haven't seen anyone receive COPR. Seems that's the only department where the entire staff is on strike.
