You got your portals? Congrats man!!! Yeah for me it was 6 calendar days and that seems to be about the average. Calgary office appears to take a long time and some people are still waiting since early April. Etobicoke and OSC Ottawa seem to be faster.

Is there an email that informing the address got accepted, or I should log into the portal and check myself?

As address is accepted, eCoPR is issued and for that there is a notification mail. But keep checking PR portal regularly so that if there is any additional requirement, you will come to know about it immediately.

Since the first day of the strike, I haven't seen anyone receive COPR. Seems that's the only department where the entire staff is on strike.
