PR Card Timeline (Airport landing or physical Flagpole ONLY) 2022

My dad's card had been malied out and my mom's is still in process of being printed. I called for them to update address at least for my Mom because its still in production, the agent said its still too late to inform them and the card will only be mailed to the old address. Isn't this CRAZY! My case I still live in the same town and I called my previous landlord and they agreed to keep my cards when received. Good news is I just now received a call from my former landlord to go and pick up my dad's PR Card! So happy ending at the end for me! still waiting for my mom's card though.

I guess all's well that ends well. Thank goodness for kindness of your previous landlord.

Call IRCC number and inquire about her Card status. 1888-242-2100

It's past current processing time frame of 69 days. I would say contact your MP's office.

I landed in Toronto Pearson on the 1st of March and filled all details with the officer even wrote it out to him so I made sure he got it right. Fast forward to the 4th of April I got an email submitted photo does not meet specification. Re-submitted immediately following the link that was also attached to confirm my address. To my absolute horror the address on file was so incorrect. The house number and street were mis recorded and I have no idea how a typo can be recorded on a postcode especially since I wrote it down for the officer.

I was partially glad I had to resubmit my photo as it gave me the opportunity to correct my address.
The down side now is ever since then I haven't heard anything nor seen any traces of the card. I linked the application to my GC Key and the status till now is submitted. I tried calling the service but I never get an agent. I don't get how anyone has been successfull with that. Sent webforms but zero reply. I don't know what else to do.

Called and spoke to the agent at 18882422100: June 14, 2022, and was told that there was no Canadian address in the file to send the PR. Even though it was given to the agent at the time of the immigration process. The address has been updated in their system now and was told it can take 70 days.
PR approved and mailed on June 27, 2022

Something is wrong with either the IRCC system or the landing process that updates the IRCC system for the first PR cards.
How comet there are so many case of wrong/missing addresses even though it's been checked and double checked?

This needs to get some serious attention from IRCC!!

Called and spoke to the agent at 18882422100: June 14, 2022, and was told that there was no Canadian address in the file to send the PR. Even though it was given to the agent at the time of the immigration process. The address has been updated in their system now and was told it can take 70 days.

How did you get someone on the phone? lol, it is so tough, I guess I am not that lucky. How did you link your PR card application to GCKey? I am trying all the combos but nothing seems to work for me (P.S. I have entered the place of birth same as her passport). Thanks in advance!

Keep trying at 18882422100, eventually, you will get an agent to talk to. I asked the agent to confirm the DOB in their system.
passport has comas in-between city and state but it was entered with / (forward slash) instead of commas in their system.

I was not able to get them on the call plus no luck still with the Linking application. But I did some digging and provided the current address via - https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/introduction.do?app=coanotify&lang=en and webform both. Let's see...

Mom PR Card is in the mail as of June 29. I just don't know which address they sent it to though! LOL Been trying to get call center agent from past 2 hrs no luck!

I have updated the address using the address notification tool and sent them a web form as well. Hopefully, we see some movement.

arrived april 19th, I was asked to resubmit photos and did so but still to this day nothing (courier confirmed photo delivery june 15th). I keep trying to call with zero success to get to an agent. IRCC has really become an absolute chaos! I've never faced such a hurdle even in my home country which is a bureaucratic nightmare!
