I have a question please, waiting for my eCOPR. Photo submitted Mar 8 on PR portal . Montreal VO. When can my dependent who is outbound send her passport to visa processing Centre . Is it after I received my eCOPR or she can sent it now since we have the passport request .

My eCOPR is Jan 2 (Calgary VO) and I got my GU1 March 15. So it looks like it is moving now for January eCOPRs for Calgary VO!

Got my GU 2 yesterday, March 18. PR card mailed!
