So IRCC asked for my wife's medical and we did it two weeks ago. IRCC just updated my dependent's medical status to completed. But there is still no request letter for biometrics ... Is there a way to do an upfront biometrics? Or should I try to call them and ask them to please send us the biometrics letter? It is pathetic that they didn't send both letters at the same time ... (we already paid the biometrics fee earlier for my wife with her other fees) ...
I got my med updated on March 22 and bio letter comes later on March 27. You should wait. Also if they need call logs or marriage pictures they will ask as a ADR.

Called IRCC Today again as I din’t receive Portal 1 Email even since my COPR got updated as on July 5th..Told that this issue is with lots of other who are waiting to receive email vai Montreal Office..Please conenct if anyone in similar situation
Congrats ... and at least you got on the phone with them. I have been trying for days. They asked for my wife's (added dependent after AOR) medical, we did the medical and they've updated as completed, but no news on biometrics ... like what is the reason they are so late, and why can't they just send all the request letters together? I don't get this... so lazy and they seem like they don't give a damn about applicants .. .
