1. It is not written anywhere
2. Since you linked it after it was mailed, you wont observe gu1 and gu2

congrats wow. Yes that means your photo is accepted. Did you follow up or anything ?

Honestly I don’t think GU1 means the photo was accepted. I got eCoPR on 21Dec and GU1 on the same day and still nothing. I don’t know why

And my FD got GU1. 1 month after , she got a email said the photo is failed and need to reupload.

It looks like Calgary is by far the worst VO. I think people who have got eCoPR in December end and January 1st half have still not receive any update regarding their PR card. I am on the same boat, got my eCoPR on 16th January, not update as of now. I have a international travel travel book for 1st week of April, but now it looks like I have to cancel it, as I don't see getting my PR card by then.

not mandatory, it is only to track the progress of PR card. Your PR card would be processed anyways. best luck !

GU1- March 5th.
Never got GU2, called IRRC yesterday. They told me for some weird reason my address verification failed. The address was correct on the system per the agent. Since I had my address and my consultant's address on their record, I asked them to delete the consultant's. Back to the waiting game,.
