You can only apply for PRTD outside of Canada thats why the PRTD button is grayed out, apply in person in the country you travel to. In my country it takes about 13 days for PRTD to be approved, not sure about ur country tho.

not yet just recently saw the GU1 was on November 1st,
I’m hoping GU2 will come up on November 15th since the waiting time is normally 2 weeks from GU1 to GU2!
Will post an update later on if I received anything! Finger-crossed to all of us
I should get it tomorrow as per current timings. It takes 15 days right now for GU2.
I am not sure of course.
Waiting for last step to be completed so the journey which began in 2018 with first thought of PR will finally come to an end.

My situation is the same as yours. I got eCOPR on Jun 20, still waiting for the PR card. I will leave Canada next Wednesday, MP can't do anything. My PR portal is gray too. I found only one solution is to apply by mail when you are out of Canada, prepare every form before you go, and print all of them out. We have no choice. I got GU1 on Oct 25 but no GU2 until today.
I do hope that GU2 takes ~15 days. I got GU1 on Oct 23 and no news yet today so far. I'm outland PR.

My case is:

The primary applicant:
GU 1 – Pending
GU 2 - Pending
Card – Pending
Dependent applicant:
GU 1 - 23 October 2023
GU 2 – 6 November 2023 (card has been mailed)
Card – Pending

I have not received any messages about the primary applicant’s application for PR card. What do you think, maybe, they did not accept the primary applicant's photo, but the message about it was not delivered?
