You can link yiur application in GC key, create account in GC key If you don’t have one . Then at botton there is a option to li k your application select that then select PR card application then fill details.

That is very helpful, I finally linked the application with my GC Key.I used the option Family name and UCI to link. The City of birth can be tricky if one entered as "City, State or Province" in the original application use the same, the detail is there in the ECOPR also.
