Dear All
I studied in Canada for my Masters & left Canada in 2006. I applied for my immigration while I was studying and got my immigration in 2005 though it took quite longer than usual, about 2 & 1/2 years in 2007 which originally disrupted my settlement plan. I landed on May 18'2008 and stayed for a short time in Canada until May26'2008. After that I traveled back to my country to look after my widow mother who had couple of hospitalization records including one major operation for tumor removal. I have two unmarried younger sisters who are adult, but in the context of socio-environment of my country usually male persons take this sort of responsibility of family.
I myself once had hospitalization due to slight dislocation in my lower spine back in 2008 right after landing. On top of that I had a law suit for a land which I have inherited along with my sisters and mother going on for more than 4 years for which I had to remain in my country and I wanted to dissolve my part of this land and transfer the money to Canada.
It appears that I might not be able to fullfil 730 days requirement for residency. Does my case gathers enough ground for Humanitarian and Compassionate ground?
Any suggestion will be appreciated.
