I submitted the application online on Mar 17, no card received and can’t link application at all. Called IRCC twice and this timeline is based on what they told me:

Mar 17: Application submitted
Called Apr 4: Application is at final stage, waiting for the card to be printed and mail
Called Apr 15: Card still not printed and mail yet

Anyone experiencing the same?

Hi there,
I submitted PR card renewal application via online PR portal on April 11. By today, I did not receive any confirmation Email, and the status on the portal still shows "submitted". I tried to track the progress using UCI and other personal information via "Client application status" tracker. It returned "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. " Is this situation normal?

Try to call them and talk to an agent. They’ll be able confirm the status of your application.

It’s normal that no confirmation email after submission; I read from other posts/threads that portal doesn’t serve as tracker and CAS is for paper application. So for online application, link the application to IRCC secure account is the only way to track the status (correct me if I’m wrong).
You can call IRCC to get the application number in order to link the application.

I applied on 12th April, and received the renewed card today in mail.
As others have mentioned, there was no email or status update in the PR portal. The application status in the portal still shows as "submitted.

You got it in less than two weeks. That's great service.

I think for many the advice should just be 'wait a bit.'

They’re indeed very lucky to get their card in less that 2 weeks! I’ve already waited for almost 6 weeks and still no news for my card.

A bit update on my case, fill in web form to ask for update coz I have no way to link my application, and I also feel frustrated calling IRCC. Then what I’ve got was the copy and paste model answer that my application is still in process.

I have a lot more than enough RO, I do not know what caused such delay but after reading some other posts/threads, I have a feeling that it might because I don’t have a job, and I followed the instructions to submit only 2 years of NOA as the evidence of residency. So that might not be enough for IRCC to prove my residency and cause the delay?

I’m planning to submit more evidence by web form to prove my residency, including drivers license, health card, more NOA and bank statements that show local transactions. I’m also thinking to submit the copy of all pages of my passports, would that be too much?

I guess the situation now is I’m just waiting for an officer to process my file? Instead of submitting the extra evidence by web form and keep waiting, should I just cancel my current application and submit a new one with all these evidences and hopefully can get automated approval? I’m travelling end of Jun so feeling anxious now.
