PR Card Renewal -proof of residence Need help!!!!

Hi,

I submitted my PR card renewal in Sept 7, 2012 but I misplaced with the previous version of instruction guide and put in the income tax assessments for only 2 years. The current instruction guide specifies the income tax assessments within 5 years. Does it mean I need to submit all the assessments for the past 5 years? Would the assessments for 2 years acceptable? Thanks

Only if you move to Canada and became tax resident in 2010

I become resident in 2009 and I didn't put in the tax income assessment for year 2011 because I followed the previous instruction guide and overlooked. Can I submit the missing income assessments for year 2008 and 2011 to CIC now even they already got my renewal application back in September? I think they just start looking at the renewal application received in September. Thanks.

I suggest you wait and see if they require more information. If they do, they will return the whole thing to you with a letter requesting the missing information from you.
