Here are my application details:
Type: Online PR Card Renewal with Legal Name Change
Date Submitted: Nov-8, 2024
-> PR portal shows it in Submitted status with the View button disabled.
Unable to find the application using the
CAS tool.
I was able to link the application using the
IRCC Secure Account and
Canadian Interac Signin Partner.
The
application status is: "We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you."

On Dec-31, 2024 the PR card renewal processing time changed to 31 days. Using that number, my application should have been approved.
Should I contact IRCC or wait a few more days since a name change is involved?
