PR Card Renewal Online 2024

I called IRCC and they informed me that the PR card was mailed on 1st November, on the date when I received the email that stated the PR card was issued. It may take approx couple of weeks as per their instructions and need to inform them back if not received within 6 weeks or so.
This forum has been very helpful for getting insights of the process. Posting my timeline here to contribute.
PR renewal application submitted: Sep 3
Email received to resubmit the photos (asked to directly send them to the office in Sydney, NS ): Sep 27
Photo parcel delivered to Sydney, NS: Oct 3
Application was sent to production to make the card: Oct 24 (this information was given from the customer representative from the immigration department)
New card Received: Nov 1 (resident in Ontario)
Based on my experience, using the web page inspection tool in the PR portal to see a bit more information (i.e. completion date, rejection reason, etc.) is not really that helpful since it has had no new updates since Sep 10.
Using IRCC portal to link the application never worked for me even though I have the application number. It is because that the application does not have my birth place information stored in the system, so when I tried to link (and the web page requires to key in the birth place), it's never been a match.

I submitted my PR Card Renewal application online and after submitting the status is submitted and the view button is disabled.
Also, not able to link it to the IRCC account.
I see so many posts/replies stating the same.
Anyone who received her/his PR card please advise on the timeline and if ever it's possible to track the application.

Struggling with 2 pieces of proof to submit for my parents PR renewal. They have been here for ~800+ days. They don't have a job here(they are retired in their home country) nor do they have any lease or utility bills here. Has anyone here gone through this process and help me with some details? TIA

So you directly got an email on September 6? Is that how you got notified that your PR card renewal was approved?
Did that change the status in your online application?
Once you click on Fetch/XHR, clear that window and then refresh the page. Get back to me if you still can't find it.

After submitting the application, how many days did you wait to link your application?

I was trying to link my ircc account to GCKEY account, fortunatly everything went through, this mean I did link it successuly, once it pomped me to check the status of my account, I clicked on it, and I was only able to see my previous(5 years ago) application, which I applied in 2019, as the card was expired by october 2024. However I didn't see the new current one I subimitted on October 07, 2024.
When I clicked again on top of my GCKEY home account, it shows me only these informations(copied and pasted bellow) containing my name and first name as bellow. #### Anyone familiar can explane to me what it means? Or what to expet after that?
