Hi guys,

Submitted an online application today for PR Card renewal. What's the next step? I did't receive any email yet. When I can recieve the application number.

Submitted online 14-Aug-2023 and requested Urgent processing due to parent's illness with proof of travel.
No, I did not receive any email from IRCC. I called them on the 27th of October and they said everything looks good and I should expect to receive my card by November 15th (3 months). I called today and said to wait until the end of this month IF I receive the card. The agent gave me the application number but I'm unable to link to my account.

ohk thanks brother.. and all the best. I would say keep checking your email once a day. So Can I call them to ask the application number. what they require from me?
 
I provided my UCI, full address, date of birth, and phone number.

I got below from another thread:
Call IRCC at 1 (888) 242-2100 .When you call IRCC, It will ask you for the UCI , press 2 i.e. no UCI available and then as soon as the message for Afghanistan and Ukraine refugees start playing press 3 3 0 in quick succession

Talked to them, they told me that currently they are processing applications received till 4oct 2023. So they told me to call after few days to get the application number.
please update here soon soon as you hear from them.

I received an email from IRCC yesterday that the PR card was mailed on 09-Nov-2023 to the given address. It took 87 days to process the renewal.
I still cannot link my application. On the PR portal, it still shows "Submitted".
