Call them and ask. Same landing as yours, i called them last week to confirm photos were approved.

Hi,

I had submitted my PR Card renewal application on August 9th, 2022 through the online PR portal, but haven't received any kind of updates since then. It still shows as submitted.

Does anyone know the timeline for PR card renewals via the portal? I am planning to travel in December 2022.

I was able to reach an agent today - he said my card has been dispatched yesterday (Sept 27th 2022)

I am outside Canada so unable to call them

Card Delivered in mailbox: Sep 28th, Print date: Sep 21st

No AOR, direct card in mail

Hi,

I applied for my mom's PRC renewal in July and it took just over a month to process. FYI, her citizenship application is in-progress. Here's the timeline from E-Cas:

Permanent Resident Card

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on July 13, 2022.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 12, 2022.
3. We started processing your application on August 12, 2022.
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on August 16, 2022.

Hi! How do we check status of application online ? With number on old pr card ?

You can't reach IRCC via phone from outside Canada, send a webform. Or try to use a Canadian Area code number from the Textnow app while calling, that may work.
