1. Have your checked your calculation of RO to make sure it's solid, including day trips to the states?
2. Do you file tax return every year and information you give to match your NOA including change of address and income to match?
These two points are what I believe IRCC will check to make sure your application is logically right and honest without a second review.
It's very bad that if IRCC raises flag, it costs lots of time to a final decision. Sometimes could be just very minor mistake.
2. Why would `income' even be an issue, since the ONLY thing that is needed is meeting the Residency Obligation.
