Here is my timeline:

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on March 16, 2017.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on May 17, 2017.
3. We started processing your application on May 17, 2017.
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on May 23, 2017.

Now just waiting for my new card.

I was outside of Canada for 331 days from 2012 - present.

I sent my PR card renewal application last week and it has reached there. I wanted to know when will I be able to check the status online. How many days, generally, they take to enter the application in ECAS?

i sent my application for renewal on 20 Apr - 2017 . today I receieved an acknowledgemnt email from CIC . However when i try to check status on my application . It doesnt show anything . I am giving the UCI number along with other details . Do i need to wait more to check status . How does it work ?

I was unable to check ecas the day I received email acknowledgement . But next I was able to check.
