In IMM 5444e, where to write "Not Applicable" or NA while filling application form;

1- For example A- PERSONAL DETAILS line item # 5. Your current name if different from above; Shall It be indicated NA if not changed or leave it blank. Same is for other areas.
2- While attaching additional sheets for travel and employment history, what to indicate in other areas appears on this page, write NA or leave it blank?

Regarding sections not applicable to me (PRTD or name change or sex change) .. these things are not applicable to me

I am leaving it blank

Is that what people are doing OR are people putting in N/A ?

If you read the instructions, you will see this in Section 2:
Do not enter “Not applicable”, “*” or “NA”.

This for section 3.5:
3.5 – Travel documents

Check the box(es) only if you have ever been issued one or both of the following documents:

• Travel document
• Permanent Resident Travel Document (PRTD)

And this in section 4:
Stating “not applicable” (or “N/A”), or leaving a question blank may result in your application being returned as incomplete.

Based on this, I suggest that you do not leave anything blank.
