I am under 18. My parents have revoked PR card and have returned back to India. I wanted to maintain my PR and later settle down here and so stayed here.

Date PR obtained : 18th June 2011
Expiry of PR card : 20th September 2016

Since I was out of Canada on several occasions, I will complete my 730 days stay on 10th June 2016.

1. PR card can be applied 6 months before expiry. In my case, should I apply for renewal only after 10th June 2016 or I can apply now (at the moment I have not yet completed the 2 years stay as required for maintaining the PR) ?

2. For PR Renewal, one parent has to sign the form since I am under 18. Can they sign and send the form to me from India before I complete all documentation and send for renewals ?

Thanks

1. You must wait until after you complete your 730 days (after June 10, 2016)
2. I don't see why not.

I will add a little warning to ensure you're counting the days accurately: once you get to June 18th (the five-year mark), make sure that you are correctly deducting the days from your earlier stays (5+ years ago) as you move forward, in order to avoid any surprises in case you want to travel abroad for a few days or something...
