PR card renewal application returned back ? silly reasons,plz help

i sent application to renew my PR card in 12 March 2018,

unfortunately it was returned to my last week, for 2 reasons,

1- my photo not meeting specification:

i took my photo at drug mart, i should him the CIC photo specs ,i measured it myself,i dont know why they returned it.

2- they said the date they started procecing my application became more than 3 months since i sent it and they require and update application...!!

how is this my fault, on cic website,the processing time for renewing pr card in 114 days , that is more than 3 months, so even if i send it again, it will take 114 days to process it, by then again i will face the 3 month over limit issue again and they will send it.

what exactly should i do?

3- do i have to pay again, and put a new receipt, i didnt check the full application only read their explanation letter. if i found the old receipt ,shall i use it ,if its not there shall i pay again?

I can only answer point 1.

The same thing happened to me with the photos from SDM. I was told by someone it is common for photos to be rejected from there. I couldn't see a problem with mine. I think possibly they do this to delay applications, nothing would surprise me. I had to pay an extra $30 for photos and to send the WHOLE application back again and have lost 6 weeks. My original application was received on February 26th and the 2nd one got there on April 12th. So just four months of waiting.

That's really unfair though what happened to you as why did it take over three months for them to get back to you?

2. They start processing the app long before the 114 day completion time. How long before sending the app did you sign it?

3. You don't need to pay again.

i have no idea why it took them that long.

by the way, why u sent ur updated application again did u have to update all the documents as well, i mean put new dates, validate again, the print.

also,my job certificate is from last march, do i have to get new one,

this is really disappointing,its like new application

They just me the application back and I had to send it back as it was with the new photos, I don't know why they couldn't send me an e-mail. Would have been simpler and quicker.

Hi Seniors

I have received back my daughter (just turned 14 years) PR card renewal application. Dont know the reason. Nothing mentioned. How I get the reason of returned. Reason mentioned "Incomplete Application". Whereas same documents I used for other daughter and it got approved.
