Hi, I plan to use NOA and bank statements as my supporting documents for PR renewal. Can I redact my financial information in the bank statements to protect my privacy?

There is no need to redact the information. You are sharing this with a government organization not with a third party. I submitted the documents without redacting.
 
Hi, I submitted mine on 5th January, still waiting for an update. I was able to successfully link my application in the account after confirming the application number with IRCC's helpline support. The application shows the date of submission as 17th January, coincidentally the same date that I was able to link it on.
I am not sure if there some glitch in the system that prohibits the linkage in first few days or there is actually a logical reason why it happens. Because initially when I did not have my application number, I was not able to retrieve too through UCI. Then one day I called IRCC to ask for support and my application number, tried after 10 minutes and it worked. But next time when you contact IRCC, confirm your city of birth on file (any spaces, commas etc), just to rule out any discrepancy.

Hello. I have a quick questions about linking of applications. I submitted my application on 23rd April for PR renewal. Do i have to link it somewhere? Any help or guidelines will be highly appreciated. My status just shows submitted but nothing else. and I dont have a UCI or any other number as such.
 
Could anyone guide me on how we can track the status of the application? I just realized that there was no email confirming the submission - also no application number etc.

Just received status update that the PR card was approved.

1. How long should we expect to receive the card in mail these days? I am in Vancouver, BC.
2. I need to travel to the US in the next few days. When the new card is approved, how soon would the current card be deactivated? Any risks if I travel before receiving the new card?

Log into your PR portal account -> ctrl + shift + i -> tab 'console' -> click on 'array' dropdown -> check if there is anything shown in line 'updatedAt'. The date shown there is your PR card approval date, if already.

No next steps in my case. Just wait for the mail delivery - good luck!
