Hope you are doing good!!

I got my COPR through CEC (Inland) category 2 months ago, yet I'm waiting for my PR card. I'm planning to move Quebec for better opportunity. If I move and buy a house there, will it affect my citizenship application in future, or do I need to move out of Quebec when applying for Citizenship?

Is French test/knowledge compulsory for PR holder residing in Montreal? or Are there any new bills passed recently with regards to that?

Please advice
