Lols, what are you expecting to happen? the only change you will see is you wont require visa to enter a lot of countries. Apart from that, it is same as a person on PR.

OCI from India is really tricky, you need to stay longer than 6 months for that

Go apply for Canadian passport, i think you should get it in 3-4 days. So tuesday if you do your oath ceremony. Apply on Thursday under the express and you should get it by Friday or Monday.

I travelled to India after getting Canadian Citizenship on Canadian passport and eVisa, I surrendered my indian passport and got surrender certificate after going to India in India.

So they won't give pension if I have the passport but not the citizenship certificate

Hey sorry for late reply, I will be traveling back to Canada next month. So next step for me is applying OCI from Canada. But I read in this forum only that someone applied for passport surrender and then entry visa from India only (and eventually applied from OCI too from India)
