I've became permanent resident on june 2014 and checked my application online today and saw, that they have started my PR card application processing. I was reading how the processing going and it says, that they can reject it. So I don't understand one thing. Am I permanent resident or no? Cause online it says that i became PR, but there is another application, that appeared for PR card and its in process.
