I have sent my PR card for replacement as there was problem with the name on it.

initially i was told it will take 6-7 weeks for replacement pr card to arrive.

I mailed the PR card for replacement in end of november.

I called CIC call centre today and they said that they have opened it on 17 Jan 2012 and is under process but haven't been printed and mailed yet.

Does anyone know how much time they will take to print and mail it?

No, any number would be a guess.
I am sure they don't know either !
