Pr card process after COPR SEP/OCT 2020

Got a ghost update on 10 Nov 20 and yesterday its updated in my account that they have dispatched my PR card sent the application on 21 Sep to Ottawa office
PR card application approved today and Card mailed to my address.
Yesterday, I got the GU on both the PR CARD applications (myself and my wife). But today I saw GU on my application and I found that my PR CARD application is approved but there is no update on my wife's application.
Does anybody have any idea about this?

(DM) PR Card application approved and mailed to my address - November 12, 2020
(PR-C) Received PR card in mail - November 18, 2020
