Got a ghost update on 10 Nov 20 and yesterday its updated in my account that they have dispatched my PR card sent the application on 21 Sep to Ottawa office

PR card application approved today and Card mailed to my address.

Yesterday, I got the GU on both the PR CARD applications (myself and my wife). But today I saw GU on my application and I found that my PR CARD application is approved but there is no update on my wife's application.
Does anybody have any idea about this?

Update: Got my PR card today in the mailbox.

I was trying to link pr card application to cic account , it says already linked but does not show under submitted application . I got my copr last week... Any idea?

(AR) PR Card application received at Vancouver Hornby office - October 19, 2020
(GU) Ghost Update on GCkey - November 11, 20220
(DM) PR Card application approved and mailed to my address - November 12, 2020
(PR-C) Received PR card in mail - November 18, 2020

My P.R card approved and mailed on Nov. 9th but i didn't recieved it yet.
I live in northern ontario. Does it take long to deliver to rural area ?.
