PR Card pictures - office requested new pictures in September, hasn't sent card or provided update

Hey all - we tried calling IRCC about this, but they gave us grief about how the phone lines were for refugees nowadays and that we just had to be patient.

My wife sent updated passport pictures back on September 22nd when she received an email request from IRCC after landing. We haven't seen her PR card, despite her landing in August and receiving the request in September. Is there a way we can get an update so that we know whether or not we should send another batch of pictures?

Bump - is there any way to check this? My wife won’t lose her status will she? I thought the app said she’d have to apply for a new card in the worst case scenario, but I’m getting paranoid.

Just send them a webform inquiry for the update, tell them you have sent the pictures, etc.... At least you did your part. Even if they dont reply, submit a webform!

Afaik, they will read it, but they wont reply. At least someone good who reads it might take an action in the background.
