PR Card photos Rejected after Landing

Hi Folks,
Our PR (Me, my wife and son) was approved back in April. We made our soft Landing last month, got our SIN and other formalities taken care of and came back.
I just got an email today that our PR Card pictures were rejected. But it doesn't say if its for all three of us or just one or two. Also, it doesn't say anything about what was wrong with the picture.
We got our pictures done from Walgreens. What should be the best course of action? Is there a number we can contact to get the exact information?

Just send those again. It is pretty common. Try adding each person's PR card application into your MyCIC account (there is an option to 'link application'), that will show you which applications remain pending and you only need to send those photographs.

I didn't get the point of linking applications? We applied as a family and only had one PR application for which all got approved and we got our CoPRs. Can you please elaborate? Thanks.

Application for PR card is a separate application for each individual.
