One of my friends, who recently landed and left the country, didn't have his new PR card printed due to error in photos he had submitted during PR application. CIC is now requesting to re-send the photos. My friend is currently out of country. He did send me his photos so that i can send it to CIC. However, the problem is CIC wants Date, name and address of photography studio on the back of photo. Since the photo is taken out of country, will CIC accept the out of country studio address ? If they don't, what can i ask my friend to do ?

Yes, of course! Mine were taken abroad as well. The origin of the photos is irrelevant as long as they meet the photo requirements. Good luck!
