We had received an email from IRCC ( after filling web form ), that our son's PR card was not issued, due to a requirement of Photo retake, and that a explanation letter is also required. My question is:
1) Since we know the reason of PR card delay by email, do we still have to wait for the actual mail to arrive by post containing photo resubmission request. Is there any standard form in the mailed envelope, that's required to be filled and submitted along with the new photos?
2) The email we received, also mentioned we need to submit an explanation letter. Is there a specific format of the explanation letter?
3) We are currently residing outside Canada, and want to courier the photo and documents ASAP. Approximately how long would it take for the CRC to receive the courier, as holidays are approaching, because our 30 day deadline for photo resubmission finishes by 1st week of Jan'19.
