Photos sent through canada post on 12/12/2022
Photos received by IRCC ON 16/12/2022
Ghost update on 27/2/2023
Came to know through a reply received through a webform raised that card approved and sent for production on 02/03/2023

I did, but they responded that email address is associated with multiple applications And that i will need to assign a representative to know the status

I think the number provided is for information from inside canada . There must be some contact number for outside canada people also . But Iam unaware. do the search you Will find it .
currently Iam also outside canada so used webform only

Feb-28-2023 - PR card mailed

Let me explain - I had raised this webform on 6th feb . Meanwhile all these developments happened . GU etc . So the Reply that was sent to me on 2nd March was upto date with the latest situation .

Hi, I did a soft landing on Nov 23, 2022 and left Canada on Nov 28, 2022. That is I became a PR on Nov 23, 2022.

Got a photo resubmission request on Jan 06, 2023.
Mailed new photos to a friend in Toronto, who mailed it to CPC - PR Card, Sydney, Nova Scotia.
Canada post says photos delivered to Sydney Nova Scotia on Feb 05, 2023.
Still waiting for the PR card.

Do you know what I can do to check the status of my PR card? Do I raise a webform request or do I call them (at what number?)

Login to your IRCC account. Below submitted application section, you'll see link application option. Select PR card and enter UCI details. A new application status will be show in your account with details on when you became PR and card issue status.
