PR card not received

I did my Landing on Nov-21-2015 and still waiting for PR card .
According to CIC processing time is 105 days (this does not include 6 weeks of delivery time) !!!
Can someone please explain this .... when does 105 days starts
The day when i submitted my application or the day i received my COPR or Completed Landing ?
Is there anyone out there who received COPR in NOVEMBER-2015 and still waiting for PR card . Please share if and how you are trying to track this ?

Even though I havent landed yet, but I am pretty certain the processing time (105 days as of now) starts from the day you actually landed.

105 days starts the day you land. Each week they add extra time onto the wait time. People from October are still waiting.
