PR Card not received after 9 weeks - What should be done?

Hi all,
After 9 weeks in Canada our PR Cards have not arrived. We applied for them when landing at Toronto Pearson and provided an address in Toronto. The questions I have are:
-Is there anything I can do to check the status?
-If the photo was not accepted (as seen in other cases), how do I know if such is my case too?
-Any tips?

Try going to the website ..cic..gc..ca (remove the extra dot in between) and follow links on checking status online
