PR card not generated during COPR landing

Hello,

I landed on 9 September and gave them my sister's address to post my pr card but not received it until now. But she hasn't received it till now. I am currently in the UK and I am wondering how long I should expect to wait before my sister gets the card and is there any way of tracking the progress or to follow up with immigration on when the pr card will be posted?
