PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2021

I have applied for my pr card renewal.
Paper Application sent to Sydney- 15 July 2021
Acknoledgment received - 20th sep 2021
Decision made Started processing Application - 10th Oct 2021

Latest update received the application is transferred to local officer and they will contact .
Kindly advice what is the next step and how long do I have to wait.

My timeline is:

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on November 3, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on January 14, 2022.
3. We started processing your application on January 14, 2022.

ECAS is DM since Jan 14th. kind of worried about whether they appove of not.

One question, in the application form i put my current mailing address, however, i realized my mailing address on ECAS is my former address and got it changed online three days ago, but today still dosent change to my current address. Does the card go to the address on ECAS of my application package?

UPDATE to below timeline. GC Key updated today that a final decision has been made and that my card is mailed to me within 6 weeks. No ECAS update yet. Will happen probably tomo.
Permanent Resident Card

+ Decision made Status since 23rd December.

ELEVEN MONTHS??????? Wow! Does the expiry date on the new card reflect that?

The expiry date on the new card is 5 years ahead of when the card was printed.

Please I just saw this page, my PR CARD expires March 2023, I have applied for citizenship and am only at Background verification.

Please when do you suggest I can start the application for renewal of PR card or if you have a website I can visit.

probably they want to interview you .
your ECAS is Decision Made since 10th October so most probably an interview before pick up

Ours received August 6. Started processing November 8 and no movement since then. Brace yourself for a possible long haul, but cross your fingers that yours is one of the ones that moves through quickly!

You can only link your application if you have received the first correspondance email from cic stating that they have receiced your application. In the subject line of this email, you will find the necessary application file number in order to link it to your GCKey Account.
