PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2021

Permanent Resident Card

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on July 2, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on October 20, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on October 20, 2021.

Still waiting on card to come in mail. I don't know what to do. Anyone can guide me please?

I have a smilar timeline still no update after 3rd update..

Hi, My and family's PR card renewal application was delivered on 14th September and email acknowledgement was received on 25th November and since then the status on ECAS says Decision Made for all four of us but when I click on the Decision Made status it only shows the following:

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on September 14, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on November 25, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on November 25, 2021.

Were you checking your application status on ECAS and what was the status it was showing before line 4 was added.

My child is holds a PR and we have applied for the renewal of the same. He was <14 years when he became PR and now he is >14 years old. He first became PR in January 2017. Will there be any Biometrics requirement for him ?

Yeah I m checking my statutes on ECAS decision made since 23 nov

4. Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on November 6, 2021. Your Permanent resident card will be mailed to you or if quality assurance is required, made available for you to pick up at an IRCC office.
5. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on November 22, 2021.

Did not receive the card till date. When we called the IRCC we are asked to wait 6 weeks before they can take any action. 3 Weeks complete and 3 more weeks to go.

My application was complete on November 15th but I have not received my PR card in the mail yet, is this usual or has my PR card been lost in the mail? If it is lost, who do I contact to send another card? Thank you

My PR card was mailed on Dec 3 , so it take 3.5 months

Surprisingly my status changed to PR card mailed Dec 6. Now waiting for the second application to complete.

Sep 9 decision made
Dec 6 PR card mailed

I was literally shocked to see the application showing as COMPL
