Send them now, they normally reply within 2 to 4 days.

No particular format. Send as a regular email with UCI in subject line.

As per ECAS update, status showing as "Decision Made". If clicked on Decision Made, I can see below comments:

I wanted to check, if everything is fine with my application (all the forms & photo measurements) & what is the current status? By when will I be receiving my PR card printed at my address?

Just a question. I have the same status as above. ECAS is showing Decision Made and when I click it, it is showing 3 lines. My question is, does this mean that application will no longer be subjected to secondary review? it's been a week and I haven't seen the 4th line.

My pr card was sent to my address in Vancouver on Nov 18. Still not arrived yet. How long does it usually take to receive it in BC?
I think it should have been arrived already

Below is my PR Card renewal time line:

Application received by Sydney, NS office on Oct 13th 2021. Please find below status

AOR on December 15th 2021. ECAS status shows "Decision Made"

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on October 13, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on December 15, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on December 15, 2021.

Any idea, how soon I will get PR card delivered at my address?

And if the ECAS status is "Decision Made", does that mean everything is fine with my application - like forms and photo measurements ?

Hi .. Where should we check the status any Url? how to see the ECAS status ?
I have sent the PR renewal application for me and Spouse and it reached the Sydney office NS, on Nov 1st 2021.

Did it arrive?

Yes, it arrived within a week! I should have taken the risk and traveled without PR card and let my family mail it to me to come into Canada. I had to cancel October trip because I was worried I will be asked to pickup personally.

So much time after decision made, did u raised any web form, any query or just waited three months plus to let the process complete

I got help from my MP office otherwise IRCC would have ignored my application- they had simply put a note saying imaging issue but no follow up on it. After MP office called IRCC, the staff responsible told it’s over normal processing time and started looking into my file
My MP actually emailed me saying the application was complete a day before the status on ECAS changed to complete

I was short 7 days. I applied on Nov 2019 and I appealed for that 7 days (humanitarian section) Still no response. I highly recommend to not apply before you meet residency obligations.

I didnt go out of country since April, 2019. It looks like it takes forever.

this is my status:

It’s been 2 years wait time, if you don’t meet the RO, will IRCC not sent you letter to tell that? Otherwise how do you know what is the issue and what to do next

That’s a long wait to pick up. Could it be the pickup office is closed due to COVID? But why would IRCC sent it to closed office, insane! I think you guys should get MP office help and tell them your situation

I got my new PR renewal card, now the question is for the next 5 years, to meet 730 days residency - do I use the the same month and day I landed in Canada?
