PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2020

Hi, my PR card will expire this month and I am applying for renewal soon. I plan to call my parents to Canada and they need to show my PR card as status proof for immediate relatives exemption. I have my PR status but not card, will it affect their travel. Thanks

Show your COPR for status, You could your expired PR card as well.

Just got my renewed PR card today!

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on June 8, 2020.

3. We started processing your application on September 16, 2020.
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on September 22, 2020

Finally my PR renewal application has been started for processing. I received email today.
Application received 10th July
Ecas has no update yet.

Just Got AOR for PR card renewal

Application received: July 9th
AOR: 13 OCT

cound not connect to Ecas but I could link to GCKey with the application number and UCI

I am the primary sponsor and my spouse received the PR card but when I called IRCC today they said that my card has not yet been mailed and is under process. Anyone with similar experiences?


Also, both of us sent our photos in a single mail, so I am assuming they received my photo as well.

Today I received the email from IRCC that they are processing my PR renewal card application.
They received my application on July 7th 2020.

Hi guys, I am Aug 7th ( my documents delivered that day ) applicant, still no update from CIC. Haven't received AOR.
When can I expect response from CIC ?
Also, how do I find the application number of the PR Renewal application. All I have is the payment receipt. Thanks.
